- 1. Strategy and Decision Support
Assist the CEO in formulating and breaking down the company’s annual and quarterly strategic goals, translating macro-level strategies into specific tactical actions.
Prepare and review business documents, reports, and presentations; provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support the CEO’s decision-making.
Collect, screen, and synthesize industry trends, market data, and business operations information to produce specialized reports for the CEO’s reference.
2. Project Management and Execution Oversight
Lead and manage key projects assigned by the CEO, providing end-to-end oversight from project initiation to completion, with decision-making authority within the scope of the project.
Track the progress of key KPIs across departments, monitor project milestones, and regularly provide progress reports and risk alerts to the CEO.
Serve as an “enforcer” to ensure the CEO’s directives and company policies are implemented, oversee cross-departmental collaboration, and drive the resolution of workflow bottlenecks.
3. Internal and External Relationship Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders (executive team, clients, government agencies, partners, etc.).
Accompany the CEO to important business negotiations, industry summits, and high-level social events, handling on-site communication, coordination, and networking.
Within the scope of authorization, represent the CEO at meetings, business negotiations, and external events to uphold the company’s and the CEO’s personal brand image.
4. Day-to-Day Administrative and Office Management
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s complex schedule, meeting arrangements, and domestic and international travel plans to optimize the CEO’s time management and strategic focus.
Oversee meeting preparations (drafting agendas, preparing materials), compile meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up and closure on resolved matters.
Handle confidential documents and correspondence, as well as other ad hoc and specialized tasks assigned by the CEO, while strictly adhering to confidentiality principles.
Pay: $13,695.36 – $16,353.33 per month

Work Location: In person
