Conduct Reporting Coordinator
Location - Parramatta (Flexible Working Arrangements to be considered)
Employment type – Ongoing full-times role
Salary - $116,981.00 - $129,492.00 pa, plus superannuation and leave loading
Your role
As a Conduct Reporting Coordinator, you will provide senior oversight and coordination of reporting within the Conduct Unit, ensuring submissions to external agencies and internal stakeholders are accurate, consistent, and compliant with legislative and policy requirements across DCJ and CSNSW. Supervising a small reporting team, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy, apply strong judgement, and contribute to the integrity of critical reporting functions within a complex public sector environment.
What you’ll do
As a Conduct Reporting Coordinator, you will coordinate and oversee reporting activities for the Conduct Unit, ensuring submissions to agencies such as ICAC, the Ombudsman and SafeWork, as well as internal reporting, are delivered accurately, consistently and within required timeframes. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include planning and preparing reports such as ICAC monthly schedules, budget estimates and ad hoc requests, while supervising and guiding Conduct Reporting Officers to manage workloads and maintain quality standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate case management records, liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation, and identifying reporting improvements or emerging issues, with recommendations escalated to senior staff.
In the Conduct Unit, you will be part of a dedicated team that works to uphold the values and ethics of DCJ. The team works to support all staff and the broader People Branch and ensure that all DCJ staff provide the highest level of service to all clients, including the most vulnerable members of the NSW community.

In addition to the essential requirements outlined in the role description, the ideal candidate is self-motivated, has the ability to work in high pressured, time sensitive environment with ability to make decisions within set processes. The candidate shall have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with numerous internal and external stakeholders as well as having a high attention to detail.
