Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, creative and commercially focused Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing ecosystem. The successful applicant will develop, implement and evaluate marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, generate qualified leads and support business growth across multiple digital platforms.
The Role: What You'll Do1. Paid Media (Pay-To-Play)
- Develop, implement and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI), return on advertising spend (ROAS) and lead generation outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing of advertisements, creatives, landing pages and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
2. Owned Media & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across the Company's website, blog, email marketing and social media platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral including digital content, promotional materials, photography, video content and advertising copy.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic and customer acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and website audits to identify opportunities for digital growth.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to maximise online visibility and customer engagement.
4. Marketing Analytics & Performance
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console and other digital marketing analytics platforms.
- Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour and marketing performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support broader commercial objectives.
Who You Are (Requirements)Experience
- Minimum three (3) years' relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator or a similar professional marketing role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business (Marketing), Communications or a closely related discipline; or Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or another closely related qualification.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and organic channels.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO principles and digital marketing analytics.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills.
- Strong written communication and content development abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strong commercial focus and attention to detail.
