We're looking for an exceptional Salon Manager to lead our growing team in beautiful Coogee.

About the Role
As Salon Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting, motivating and developing our team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a team of beauty professionals
- Delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining high service standards
- Managing salon operations, bookings and team performance
- Driving retail sales and business growth opportunities
- Assisting with recruitment, training and team development
- Creating a positive, professional and supportive salon environment
About You
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have previous experience in salon management or a leadership role within the beauty industry
- Are trained in all beauty treatments - including manicure, pedicure, tans, waxing, brows and lashes
