About the Position
We’re looking for an experienced Claims & Rehabilitation Advisor to manage injuries and support workers' compensation claims across our South Australian portfolio .
In this role, you will support our experienced Injury Management team to actively drive recovery from work-related injuries. Proactive involvement, effective and compassionate communication skills, and a strong belief in the Health Benefits of Good Work are integral to success in this role. Reporting to the Injury Management Team Leader, you will join an established national workers' compensation and safety & wellbeing team, with exposure to multiple jurisdictions and support from a range of subject matter experts.

Key Activities
- Proactively coordinate injury management and return to work programs that are tailored, effective and empowering.
- Work closely with employees, managers, treating practitioners and rehabilitation providers to ensure a smooth and supportive recovery experience.
- Implement best practice injury management strategies to achieve positive recovery and return to work outcomes.
- Manage workers' compensation and rehabilitation case management activities, ensuring timely communication and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
- Provide expert guidance to leaders and employees on legislative requirements, industry updates and best practice injury management approaches.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity to meet compliance and regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across claims, injury management and wellbeing programs.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote injury prevention, wellbeing and proactive injury management.
About You
- Return to Work Coordinator Certification or equivalent qualification and experience.
- Experience providing advice in workers' compensation, injury management and rehabilitation case management.
- Sound understanding and demonstrated application of South Australian workers' compensation and return to work legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build constructive and effective relationships.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
