We are currently recruiting experienced Production Operators to support our Nyngan operation. This role is ideally suited to multi-skilled operators with proven production mining experience across Dozers, Graders, and Rigid Haul Trucks.

The Role
As part of the production crew, you’ll contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of daily mining activities while operating a range of heavy mining equipment.
Key duties include:
- Safe operation of production mining equipment
- Operating machinery including Dozers and Rigid Haul Trucks
- Supporting operations across additional equipment such as Graders and Water Carts when required
- Completing pre-start checks and routine inspections
- Identifying and reporting mechanical or operational concerns
- Working collaboratively with Supervisors and fellow operators to meet production goals
- Adhering to all site safety policies and procedures
About You
To be considered, you will ideally bring:
- At least 12 months of recent production mining experience
- Demonstrated experience operating Dozers, Graders, and Haul Trucks
- Relevant RII competencies and/or site training transcripts
- Additional mobile plant experience highly regarded
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Dependable work ethic and team-focused attitude
- Ability to perform effectively in a production mining environment
