About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Officer - Asset Finance to join our Loan Writing Solutions Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, packaging, and submitting loan applications while providing scenario support to brokers. Your expertise in lender policies and loan products will be critical in assisting brokers with structuring deals, ensuring compliance, and maximising approval outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process asset finance loan applications from brokers and clients.
- Analyse client financial information and supporting documentation.
- Identify suitable lender options based on client profiles and lending criteria.
- Prepare and submit loan applications to lenders.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders to obtain additional information where required.
- Manage applications through the approval and settlement process.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems throughout the life of each deal.
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance and lender requirements.
- Provide regular updates to brokers regarding application progress.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in loan processing, asset finance or equipment finance (preferred but not essential).
- Understanding of loan products, lender policies, and credit criteria.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
