The Opportunity:
You’ll make a meaningful impact by supporting safe and efficient underground operations, working closely with a diverse team to monitor, coordinate, and optimise mining activities in real time. Your expertise will contribute to operational excellence within our Underground Operations team at our Granny Smith Site in a mine control room environment.

What You’ll Do
Monitor and coordinate underground mining operations in real time using fleet management and control systems
Operate and maintain fleet management, safety, and SCADA systems
Ensure accurate data capture, reporting, and compliance with safety standards
Communicate and collaborate with underground crews and key stakeholders
Identify and respond to operational issues with strong situational awareness
Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued
What You’ll Bring
Valid WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence
Proven experience in underground mining operations
Experience using fleet management systems (e.g. Micromine Pitram)
Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards
Capability to operate across systems including fleet management, safety systems (IMS, CCTV), and SCADA
Strong situational awareness with the ability to make decisions under pressure
High attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical thinking skills
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A growth mindset, with strong accountability, resilience, and relationship-building capability
