Marlos All Day – Blacktown Workers Club
Position Summary
Marlos All Day is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the café operates efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every customer enjoys a great dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, cakes, and cabinet food when required.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and member transactions accurately.
- Keep the dining area, service stations, and front counter clean and well-presented.
- Restock displays, drinks, cutlery, condiments, and service supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Support team members during busy service periods and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Skills & Experience
- Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Barista experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Pay: $24.95 – $26.95 per hour
