We are a design-to-installation-and-maintenance garden and landscape business looking for a reliable, hands-on professional to join the team.
The role
Day-to-day work covers the full range of soft landscaping and garden care, including:
- Weeding, planting, mulching and general garden maintenance
- Hedge trimming and shaping
- Soft landscaping and site presentation
- Supporting design and installation projects as needed
Plant and pest knowledge is an advantage, but it is not essential — we will train the right person.

Someone who is serious about the work, focused on quality, and who actually enjoys being outdoors and doing the job well. The work is varied; no two days are the same.
We are not only filling a labour role. We want someone who wants to grow with the business: learn how we operate, get to know our clients and standards, and, over time, take on more responsibility. For the right person that can lead to a manager role and, later, a possible business partnership.
