Eco Septic is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of premium wastewater treatment systems, septic tanks, rainwater tanks and commercial wastewater solutions. Based in Warragamba, NSW, we have been servicing the building, plumbing and civil construction industries for over 30 years and are continuing to grow.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Representative / Sales Manager who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships throughout NSW while identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities across NSW
- Managing and growing an established customer base
- Calling on plumbers, builders, developers, civil contractors, councils and distributors
- Preparing quotations and following opportunities through to completion
- Providing technical product advice and recommending suitable wastewater solutions
- Working closely with the internal sales and production teams
- Representing Eco Septic at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activity
- Regular travel throughout NSW with occasional interstate travel as required
About You
To succeed in this role you'll have:
- Previous sales experience within one or more of the following industries:
- Plumbing
- Precast Concrete
- Wastewater
- Civil Construction
- Building & Construction
- Infrastructure
- A proven ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A mature, professional and customer-focused approach
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a team environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
- Experience using CRM systems (desirable)
