Fleet Scheduler – East Rockingham WA
Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off / 7 nights on / 7 nights off
Working Roster: Thursday - Wednesday 12hr shifts
Job Description / The Role –
Toll is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Scheduler to join our Resources and Industrials division based in East Rockingham. You will oversee the fuel fleet scheduling, stock control, and driver/asset availabilities for metro contracts. This key role ensures that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the transport industry, a strong understanding of fatigue management and compliance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet and Scheduling Management: Plan, manage, and facilitate the scheduling of fuel fleet operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services across metro contracts.
Asset and Driver Availability: Manage driver and asset availabilities, ensuring all schedules are up-to-date and operational requirements are met.
Reporting and Compliance: Provide daily, accurate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the operational team. Ensure all compliance requirements are met, including safety, fatigue management, and licensing.
Incident Management: Report all incidents, accidents, near misses, and hazards promptly to Toll Fuels & Gases and clients.
Fleet Licensing: Oversee fleet licensing requirements and allocations, ensuring all assets are fully compliant.
Resource Utilisation: Maximise resource efficiency while meeting all delivery schedules and statutory obligations.
Safety Management: Strictly adhere to all HSE policies, conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure compliance with fatigue management legislation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: previous in the transport industry, with a comprehensive understanding of fleet management, scheduling, and compliance.
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with SAP or similar fleet management systems.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of transport legislation, fatigue management, and safety regulations.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Attention to Detail: Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
