Offering a range of specialised holistic spa, massage and skincare therapies, Spa Wumurdaylin features eleven treatment rooms, including three couples’ rooms, two Vichy shower rooms and two rain shower rooms. As a Spa Therapist at Spa Wumurdaylin, you'll deliver personalised massage, beauty and wellness treatments while providing exceptional service to our guests. You'll use your expertise to understand individual needs, recommend suitable treatments and products, and create relaxing experiences from the moment each guest arrives.

Conduct soft tissue, deep tissue and remedial massage techniques

Administer treatments promoting relaxation, circulation and wellbeing

Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, services and spa products

Provide tailored treatment and product recommendations to guests

Contribute towards weekly and monthly retail targets

Maintain treatment rooms to exceptional presentation and hygiene standards

Ensure linen, robes, slippers and treatment supplies are well stocked

You are a professional and passionate Spa Therapist who takes pride in helping guests look and feel their best. You bring excellent attention to detail, a warm approach to customer service and the ability to personalise treatments to each guest while contributing positively to a supportive spa team.

Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy (Essential)

OR Certification in Deep Tissue and/or Remedial Massage (Essential)

Previous experience in a professional spa environment

Excellent treatment personalisation and time management skills

Impeccable grooming and professional presentation

Strong understanding of spa culture, health and wellbeing

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively

Proactive and positive approach to supporting the wider Spa team

Commitment to the role for a minimum of 12 months

Current Open Driver Licence

Training in relevant professional spa product ranges (Desirable)
