APMS Operations Australia provides quality Engineering Maintenance and Asset Management services to the Mining Minerals, Oil & Gas Sectors and Sulphuric Acid Plant Maintenance Services.
APMS require ANZSCO Pressure Welders for full time positions based at our workshop in Henderson, due to the nature of the work we do there will be some site based work on a project to project basis.
You must be trade qualified or with strong leadership skills, be able to demonstrate high level technical knowledge, excellent planning and highly developed verbal and communication skills. These positions would suit self-starters with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. To be successful you must be flexible and experienced in onsite maintenance and shutdowns as well as workshop fabrication.
Successful candidates must present with a commitment and proactive attitude towards Safety.
We are looking for candidates with the below tickets and or experience:
- Trade Qualification
- Confined Space Training
- Working Safely at heights
- Breathing Apparatus
- Confined Space Rescue
- Experience pressure welding in Sulphuric acid plants in encapsulated suits
- Experience working on pressure vessels, boilers and Pipework
- The ability to weld to x - ray standards and pass testing
