We are building a new engineering division within an established vertically integrated infrastructure services group and are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer / Engineering Division Partner to help build and grow the business.
This opportunity is suited to an engineer who has considered starting their own practice but wants the advantages of an established platform, existing business relationships, operational support, and a pipeline of opportunities without taking on the full risk and pressure of starting from zero.

Engineering is a natural extension of our existing operations, creating significant opportunities across:
Structural engineering
Remedial engineering
Hydraulic engineering
Stormwater design

Inspections, reporting, and certification support
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the technical delivery and help establish the engineering division from the ground up.
The Person We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
A qualified Structural Engineer with strong technical capability
Experienced in hydraulic design, stormwater, and civil engineering (or willing to oversee these areas)
A practical engineer who understands construction, not just design
Confident dealing directly with builders, developers, architects, certifiers, councils, and clients
Able to manage projects independently
A self-starter who enjoys building systems and growing a business
Interested in a long-term partnership opportunity
