About the Centre:

About the Role
- Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Foster children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, intentional teaching practices.
- Create meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement and achieve quality outcomes.
- Guide and mentor educators while contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Document children's learning and development, supporting successful transitions to school.
About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Current Early Childhood Teacher registration (where applicable).
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for high-quality early childhood education.
- A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching and learning.
