A little about the role
As a Testing Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of KeyLink 2.0, a new Salesforce Nonprofit based case management system, by assisting in the execution of testing activities across the project lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely and support the Testing Specialist who is leading the test process for the integrated solution.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on support to the testing function, helping to manage the high volume and complexity of testing across multiple environments (SIT and UAT).
- Ensuring defects are properly identified, documented, and retested, and assisting in preparing the system for business acceptance.
- Assist stakeholders during testing, including troubleshooting and guidance.
- Assist in producing regular testing status reports, including progress, risks, and defect summaries.
- Work closely with the Testing Specialist who is leading the testing process as well as Business Analysts, and KAA’s solution implementation partner.
The base salary for this position is $78,876 - $83,028 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This is a full-time contract position, ending in April 2027.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exposure to software testing principles or methodologies.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related field (or working towards) is highly regarded, although not essential.
- A basic understanding of software testing lifecycle and defect management processes.
- Experience with software testing activities and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar test/issue tracking tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.
