Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. You will ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Ensure dining area cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Process payments securely
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas
- Follow health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player
- Previous function experience preffered
