There are no set hours and no ongoing shift commitments. Pick up shifts around your existing work, family, travel and lifestyle commitments, with the flexibility to work when it suits you.
Whether you're looking to add an occasional Urgent Care shift to your existing schedule, work more regularly, or simply keep your options open, our casual pool gives you the freedom to choose.

The Role
Join our Urgent Care GP casual pool across Hobart and Bridgewater and pick up shifts around your availability, with no lock-ins or ongoing roster commitments.
You'll work within a well-supported clinical environment with experienced nursing and administrative teams and on-site radiography, supporting timely diagnosis and continuity of care within the clinic.
Work as much or as little as suits you, with the flexibility to fit shifts around your existing commitments and lifestyle.
About You
- FRACGP or FACRRM
- Current AHPRA Specialist Registration
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Confidence managing acute presentations and minor procedures
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- A collaborative, patient-focused approach
