Casual Positions – Lunch Cover & On-Call Educators
Growth Mindset Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate, reliable and enthusiastic Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our casual team at our brand-new, purpose-built 108-place early learning centre in Campbelltown.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing, family-owned service from the very beginning. We are currently recruiting educators to provide lunch cover shifts and on-call casual relief, with opportunities for regular hours and ongoing employment as enrolments increase.
About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will:
- Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5 years.
- Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Ensure active supervision and promote children's health, safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Support daily routines including meals, sleep, toileting, hygiene, transitions and outdoor play.
- Maintain safe, clean and inviting learning environments.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional team culture.
- Work confidently across different age groups and learning environments as required.

Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations and Child Safe Standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible availability.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and delivering exceptional outcomes for children.

Availability
We are particularly seeking educators who are available for:
- Lunch cover shifts (approximately 10:00 am – 3:00 pm).
- On-call casual relief, including same-day and planned leave coverage.
- Availability across multiple weekdays will be highly regarded.
