The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Security Training and Performance Specialist to join our Airport Operations team. This role is responsible for leading and continuously improving security screening training programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and operational needs.
Reporting to the Security Services Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external providers to deliver effective, compliant training outcomes and support a high-performing security workforce.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys working across operational and strategic environments, with a strong focus on training, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
