Smile Circle is an established patient-focused dental practice in Sydney entering an exciting growth and transformation phase.
We are seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Operations & Growth Manager to help stabilize, optimize and expand the business. This is not a traditional reception or administration-only practice manager role. We are looking for a proactive leader who can drive performance, improve systems, support team culture, and help grow the practice sustainably.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, improving operations, and building a high-performing healthcare business.
The Role
You will work closely with ownership to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic while also leading growth initiatives and business performance improvements.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing daily clinic operations and staff coordination
- Improving systems, workflows and operational efficiency
- Driving patient retention and patient experience
- Increasing chair utilisation and treatment conversion
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of clinicians and staff
- Managing KPIs, reporting and practice performance
- Leading team accountability and workplace culture
- Assisting with marketing and growth initiatives
- Reducing operational pressure on ownership
- Helping scale the business sustainably
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and proactive

- Comfortable with KPIs, targets and accountability
- Calm under pressure and adaptable
- Excellent in communication and patient service
Experience in dental or healthcare is highly regarded, however we are also open to candidates from:
- Medical or allied health clinics
- Cosmetic or wellness clinics
- Hospitality or multi-site retail operations
- Service-based businesses with strong operational leadership experience

Salary
