About the Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, including:
- Leading and mentoring a team of educators and room leaders
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations
- Driving occupancy and maintaining strong family relationships
- Managing centre operations, budgets, and performance
- Supporting curriculum implementation and educational excellence
- Building a positive and collaborative team culture
- Maintaining high standards across all aspects of the service
- Working closely with owners to achieve centre goals and growth
About You To be successful, you will possess:
- Previous experience as a Centre Director within Early Childhood Education
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations, and Child Safe Standards
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing occupancy and centre performance
- A passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
