About the Role
We're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our South East team, based around Carrum and covering the LGAs of Casey, Cardinia, Dandenong, Knox and Maroondah.
This is a fully mobile role, working across home, school and community settings. We find our caseloads here typically lean paediatric, though we're keen to balance this with clinicians open to working across the lifespan.
You'll be joining a genuinely multidisciplinary team, with colleagues across OT, Psychology and Behaviour Support, connecting regularly through in-person meetings and virtual catch-ups.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver person-centred Speech Pathology services across home, school and community settings
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants across communication and/or mealtime/dysphagia presentations, mostly neurodiverse
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Manage a varied caseload across community
- Take part in regular supervision, peer collaboration and professional development

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership, CPSP preferred or in progress
- A neuroaffirming, person-centred approach to practice
- Comfort working autonomously while staying connected with your team virtually
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
