As the Executive Director, PCM Sales - IPH, you will lead the strategic growth and execution of cash management solutions across the Institutional Property & Health (IPH) segment. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, deepening client relationships, and delivering innovative payment and liquidity solutions to the evolving needs to IPH clients nationally.

Role Type: Permanent - Full Time What will your day look like?
As an Executive Director, you are accountable for:
Developing and executing the national PCM strategy for the IPH segment in Australia, with a specific focus on leveraging ANZ’s end-to-end network and new solution developments to deliver excellent and sustainable business results.
Collaborating with domestic and regional stakeholders to align IPH PCM strategies with broader Institutional and Coverage goals
Driving industry and customer centric solutions and propositions within our Australian market with a strong focus on cross-sell & New to PCM mandates
Representing the PCM business at the Institutional IPH Coverage Leadership Team, and partnering with TB Sales leadership to drive and grow customer advocacy across the existing portfolio
Leading client origination and solution efforts, ensuring PCM’s active participation in IPH Pods. This also includes concise account planning and review process, in collaboration with Product partners and Coverage colleagues.
Monitoring and driving pipeline opportunities within the segment to deliver improvement in revenue growth, deposit growth volumes, NII/Fee realisation and ROE.
Strong engagement with product, wholesale digital and technology to deliver agreed solutions aligned to the customer needs of the IPH segment
Championing digital first and customer centric approaches to enhance competitiveness
Leading, coaching and developing a high performing sales business, fostering collaborating, diversity, innovation and accountability at a national level /across geographically dispersed team
Upholding ANZ standards in risk and compliance to ensure a well-managed business.
Role modelling and promoting ANZ values, New Ways of Leading and our aspirational culture and leading the team to do the same.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive transaction banking expertise with strong strategic thinking, including deep knowledge of products, payment technologies, customer needs, and credit/operational risk considerations.
Strong understanding of the IPH segment and experience managing large, complex Institutional Banking customers.
Proven ability to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities, with a focus on innovation and long-term business development.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams, coaching talent, and fostering curiosity and development.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the enterprise.
Experience in Transaction Banking sales and/or subject matter expertise in payments and cash management, coupled with the ability to navigate change, ambiguity, and complex business environments.
