We're on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent team on a 12-month mat leave cover - and we need someone who can genuinely hustle and wants to be part of a seriously expanding brand.
Working closely with our Operations team, this role is all about finding great people to join our venues and making sure they have an awesome experience from application through to their first day.
You'll be hands on across the whole recruitment process, supporting our Field Operations teams with everything from job ads and candidate screening through to interviews, reference checks and onboarding. If you love the thrill of finding great talent and want to help build the team behind our growth, this one's for you.
What you'll do:
Support venue level recruitment across Australia
Partner closely with the Operations team and Venue General Managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities
Create and post engaging job ads across relevant platforms
Review applications, conduct phone screens and shortlist great candidates
Coordinate and support interviews with hiring managers
Proactively source candidates for priority roles
Complete reference and background checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements
Keep candidates and hiring managers updated throughout the recruitment process
Support Venue General Managers with recruitment processes, tools and best practice
Coordinate the recruitment to onboarding process for new venue team members, including Tanda set up and pre-start requirements
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment systems and staff files
Keep position descriptions, recruitment templates and job advertisements up to date
Assist with recruitment reporting and provide visibility on recruitment progress and vacancies
Help deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
Support the wider Talent & People team with projects and initiatives as required
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in recruitment, HR or a similar people focused role
Hospitality, retail or high volume recruitment experience will be highly regarded. Experience working at venue/store level, alongside HR or recruitment studies, will also be considered
Strong communication and relationship building skills, with confidence speaking to candidates and hiring managers
Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
A proactive, solutions focused approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast paced environment
A positive, people focused attitude and a genuine interest in creating a great candidate experience
