Job details
Provide quality pre & post sale service to both in store & online customers;
- Interact with customers both via phone and email
- Support sales representatives / parts interpreter
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the products and services;
- Ensure all enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner;
- Complete data entry of orders, credits, returns and stock and pricing enquiries.
- Complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority
- Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5 pm
Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
