As Centre Manager, you'll lead every aspect of centre operations, from educational excellence and team development to occupancy growth and business performance.
You'll be responsible for creating a high-performing, child-focused environment where children flourish, educators grow, and families feel connected and supported.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead daily centre operations with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and performance
- Mentor and develop a team of passionate educators and leaders
- Build strong relationships with families and community stakeholders
- Drive enrolments and occupancy through local engagement and partnerships
- Champion continuous improvement and quality outcomes
- Foster a culture of collaboration, wellbeing, and professional growth
You're an experienced people leader who thrives on developing others, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
You'll Bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous Centre Manager experience, or demonstrated success in a similar leadership role
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and service operations
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
- Experience driving occupancy growth and centre success
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
