Camp Epic Marketing Solutions Australia Pty Ltd is expanding its Australian team and is looking for an experienced Operations & Client Service Manager to join our Melbourne office.
Camp Epic works across corporate events, experiential marketing, brand activations and integrated marketing solutions, delivering end-to-end experiences for brands and organisations.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client briefs, requirements, expectations and project objectives.
- Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and actionable execution plans.
- Manage projects from initial briefing through planning, production, execution and post-event closure.
- Coordinate closely with internal creative, production, logistics and management teams.
- Manage venues, suppliers, production agencies, AV partners, fabricators, artists and other event vendors.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, estimates, timelines and project documentation.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, vendor negotiations and cost control.
- Ensure timely approvals, feedback and communication between clients and internal teams.
- Oversee event logistics, setup, execution and dismantling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and understand their ongoing requirements.
- Handle on-ground client servicing during events and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare post-event reports, reconciliations and project closures.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client servicing, account management, event management, experiential marketing, activations or advertising.
- Strong understanding of event operations and end-to-end project execution.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation, coordination and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, timelines and multiple deliverables.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in fast-paced event environments.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and working independently.
- Willingness to work outside standard office hours when required for event execution.
- Knowledge of the Melbourne and Australian events ecosystem will be highly valued.
Mandatory Eligibility
Applicants must be Australian citizens and currently based in Melbourne, or willing to relocate to Melbourne.

Pay: $58,227.51 – $116,095.56 per year
