Are you the person everyone relies on to get things done?
Ambrose Construct Group is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Office & Business Support Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Kunda Park.
This is a varied and important role at the centre of our business. You will help keep our office running smoothly, support our teams across multiple business entities, welcome visitors, coordinate day-to-day office operations, assist with compliance activities, and help create a positive, professional and well-organised workplace experience.
This is not your typical administration role. No two days are the same.
One day you may be coordinating travel, supporting a staff event, assisting with onboarding a new employee, updating compliance records or helping managers prepare for meetings. The next, you may be liaising with contractors, assisting with building maintenance, supporting fleet or asset administration, helping manage office facilities, or providing support during busy operational periods.
If you enjoy being relied upon, solving problems, helping people and making things happen, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
Based at our Kunda Park Head Office, you will provide professional, confidential and highly organised administrative and coordination support across Ambrose Construct Group and related business entities.
You will be a key point of contact for visitors, employees, managers, contractors and suppliers, while helping maintain a workplace that is welcoming, organised, compliant and operating efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a key role in:
- Creating a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors, employees, customers and contractors.
- Managing front-of-house administration, including visitor sign-in, calls, emails, mail, deliveries and office presentation.
- Supporting day-to-day office coordination, including stationery, meeting rooms, supplies, catering, staff events and general office needs.
- Assisting with compliance registers, policies, procedures, business records, SharePoint and Integrated Management System documentation.
- Coordinating building repairs, cleaning, maintenance contractors, insurance claims and scheduled safety servicing.
- Helping team leaders with scheduling, meeting preparation, deadlines and office events.
- Supporting new employees and visiting staff with onboarding, uniforms, vehicles, office orientation and introductions.
- Coordinating travel bookings, accommodation, transport, travel registers and related allowance forms.
- Assisting with asset control, supplier invoices, equipment records and basic finance administration.
- Supporting fleet administration, including servicing, repairs, vehicle movements, signage and condition checks.
- Assisting with office rental matters, property registers, vacate tasks and inspection notifications.
- Checking and maintaining first aid supplies.

- Can manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Uses initiative and good judgement.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles information professionally.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and business systems.
- Can work independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Brings energy, enthusiasm and a team-first mindset.
- Has a current driver’s licence.
