About Us
Our mission? We support skilled and experienced individuals by connecting them with nationally recognised RTOs, who carry out the assessment process for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to help them achieve qualifications - helping them increase employability and grow their businesses.
In addition to RPL, we offer a suite of value-added services including marketing support, workflow automation, and access to our custom-built SaaS CRM platform. As a Sales Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to upsell these services, providing more value to clients while also increasing your commission through cross-sell opportunities.
The Role: Sales Consultant
We're looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic in-office team in Sydney. You'll engage with warm inbound leads - tradies who are already interested in RPL - and guide them through the full sales process, from first contact to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and booked phone appointments
- Manage leads through the full sales cycle - from enquiry to close
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Use the Go High Level CRM to manage your pipeline and track progress
- Educate prospective clients on how RPL can turn their trade experience into formal qualifications
- Explain career progression, licensing outcomes, and business benefits of RPL
- Cross-sell additional services (marketing, CRM, workflow tools) to enhance client outcomes
- Drive results and consistently hit or exceed KPIs
What We're Looking For
You're a proactive, people-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. You love solving problems, hitting targets, and being part of a team that's going places.
Key Qualities
- Strong dedication to personal and professional development
- Comfortable taking initiative and applying critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, humble, and open to feedback
- Motivated to succeed and grow with the company
Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Go High Level is a bonus)
- 6+ months of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Prior closing experience is a plus (but not essential)
Why Join Us?
We're more than just a company—we're a tight-knit team with big goals. We believe in rewarding initiative, celebrating success, and supporting each other's growth every step of the way.
