Situated on Bunurong Land, Hampton Community Kindergarten Inc. offers funded three- and four-year-old kindergarten programs delivered by a professional and experienced team of teachers and educators. Our play-based programs support children to learn through exploration, creativity, and developmentally appropriate experiences that reflect their interests and strengths. In addition to our core program, we offer an optional third day for four-year-old children, along with Beach Kinder and Community Engagement programs that encourage connection with nature, active community participation, and learning within our local coastal environment. Tuesday and Thursday | 8:00am–4:30pm, plus 1.5 hours planning time This role is for a Diploma Educator within our 3-year-old Koala group, which operates 15 hours per week with 28 children. You will work alongside an experienced Bachelor-qualified Teacher and Diploma Educator within a progressive, play-based program that values children’s voices and emergent curriculum practices. Educators are actively involved in planning, documentation, and leading learning projects as part of a collaborative team. We are seeking an experienced educator who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to ongoing professional growth and best practice.
