An exciting internal opportunity is available for an experienced Allied Health professional to step into the role of Team Leader at Quirindi Community Health. This position provides the opportunity to combine discipline-specific clinical work with team leadership responsibilities in a collaborative and community-focused environment.
Based within a supportive multidisciplinary team of Nursing, Child & Family Health and Allied Health professionals, you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting staff wellbeing and service delivery, and contributing to positive health outcomes for the Quirindi community.
About the role:
In this role, you will:

Provide high level clinical services within your discipline area

Lead and support the Quirindi Community Health team in day-to-day operations

Manage competing priorities including staffing, service continuity and workload coordination

Support workforce functions including recruitment, induction, professional development and performance management
-
Work closely with the Manager of Gunnedah and Quirindi Community Health and broader leadership teams to support service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys balancing clinical responsibilities with leadership and is comfortable flexing in and out of both roles as required.

Essential requirements:

Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapist or Social Worker with general registration through the Australian Health practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and/or provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association.

Current eligibility to drive in NSW and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes which may involve driving long distances.
