We are seeking a Talent Coordinator from Melbourne for a 12-month secondment opportunity as a Talent Coordinator within our Talent team.

About the Opportunity
As a Talent Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across the business, partnering closely with Talent Partners, hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders to help deliver a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience.
This role offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and provides an opportunity to develop skills in stakeholder management, coordination, reporting, process improvement, and employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing candidate pipelines through our Recruitment Management System
- Coordinating candidate communications and interview scheduling
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
- Managing Talent team inboxes and stakeholder enquiries
- Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment records
- Supporting reporting and Talent metrics
- Assisting with process improvement initiatives and Talent projects

What We're Looking For
Previous HR or Recruitment experience is not required .
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Key Responsibilities Strategic Focus
- Support recruitment activities across both volume and specialised hiring requirements.
Operational Management
- Provide coordination and administrative support to Talent Partners across recruitment activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, communications, and recruitment processes.
- Generate and maintain recruitment reporting and pipeline data.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive new starter experience.
- Coordinate training sessions, onboarding programs, and Talent initiatives.
- Support broader Talent programs including referral campaigns, diversity initiatives, and graduate recruitment activities.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline Talent processes.
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding documentation is completed accurately and maintained in line with company requirements.
- Support the delivery of efficient, high-quality Talent operations across the business.
