Key responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee consistently
- Confident milk texturing and latte art
- Dial in grinder and maintain coffee quality
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years barista experience
- Strong espresso extraction and milk texturing skills
- Ability to work independently on bar
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Able to handle high-volume service
- Weekend availability essential
