We are seeking a full time Office Manager who will be able to work independently and as a part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily administrative operations of the office, including correspondence, filing, record keeping, document preparation and general business administration.
- Develop, implement and maintain office procedures, administrative systems and internal processes to support efficient business operations.
- Provide administrative support to the directors, Factory Manager and Shop Manager and coordinate communication between management, production, retail, kitchen, packing and delivery staff.
- Maintain employee records, timesheets, leave information, rosters, induction documents, training records and other employment-related documentation.
- Coordinate customer enquiries, online and telephone orders, delivery arrangements, complaints and other administrative matters, ensuring issues are referred to the appropriate manager where required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email systems and electronic filing platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and professional customer-service skills;
