Are you an experienced aged care professional with strong client relationship skills and experience supporting people to navigate services, understand their options and achieve their goals?
We’re looking for a passionate and highly organised Client Services Representative to join our team.
This role would suit someone with experience as a Support Coordinator, Client Services Coordinator, Case Manager, Community Services Professional or similar, who enjoys working closely with participants, families, providers and other stakeholders.
You’ll be the friendly and trusted point of contact for our clients — helping ensure they receive a positive, responsive and professional experience from the moment they connect with us.

About the Role
As a Client Services Representative, you will:
- Build strong, respectful relationships with aged care participants and their families
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and respond to enquiries professionally and promptly
- Understand participants’ needs, goals and preferences
- Assist clients to navigate aged care funded services and supports
- Coordinate communication between participants, support workers, families and external providers
- Monitor client needs and identifies opportunities to improve their support experience
- Assist with service coordination, scheduling and administration
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Follow up on actions, referrals and service requests
- Resolve concerns and work proactively to find practical solutions
- Advocate for a person-centred approach and promote participant choice and independence
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, empathy, initiative and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working within the aged care and/or disability industry
- Strong understanding of aged care participants, supports and service providers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Confidence communicating with participants, families and professionals
- Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills
- A professional, positive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Community Services (desirable)
- Cert III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable)
- Current Victorian Driver License (essential)
- Mandatory certificates required in the Care industry (must be willing to obtain)
