What’s the role?
As a Senior Manager, Wealth Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in helping shape the financial performance story of BT and Private Wealth. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll provide meaningful insights, guide planning and forecasting activities, and partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. You'll bring together financial performance, commercial analysis and business context to deliver clear, actionable outcomes that influence some of Wealth's most important priorities.
This is a permanent opportunity reporting to the Wealth CFO, and is based in Sydney with a hybrid way of working, including three days per week in the office.
What do I need?
- A strong finance background, supported by a relevant finance, accounting or business qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent), with experience partnering within Financial Services. Wealth experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong experience partnering with business leaders to provide commercial insights, financial analysis and strategic advice.
- The ability to translate complex financial information into clear, meaningful recommendations for a range of stakeholders.
- Experience across financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting or business partnering within a complex environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing team members, with a collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in others.
