Warranty Administrator

MMG Automotive Group is a leading automotive dealership representing four trusted brands: Isuzu, Mazda, Subaru, and Nissan. We are currently looking for a motivated and organised person to join our Warranty Team.
This is a permanent part-time position working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
About the Role
As part of our Warranty Team, you will assist with processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our service departments across all four brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with service advisors and technicians
- Maintaining organised documentation and records
- Following manufacturer warranty procedures and guidelines
- General administrative duties within the warranty department
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer and administration skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential

Pay: $49,900.00 – $86,299.85 per year
