Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, dnata Catering, for multiple opportunities based at Brisbane Airport.
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join the Production team in the following functions:
Catering Attendant – Meals (CAPSPML)
Catering Quality & Food Inspection (CAPQFI)
These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.
About the Role
Working within a busy airline catering facility, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling and quality checking meals and catering products to ensure all flights depart on schedule and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Catering Attendant – Meals (CAPSPML)
Assemble and pack airline meals in accordance with airline specifications
Portion and prepare meal components
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and presentation standards are met
Work collaboratively to meet strict operational deadlines
Catering Quality & Food Inspection (CAPQFI)
Conduct quality inspections of meals and catering products
Ensure products meet airline specifications and presentation standards
Identify and report discrepancies or quality concerns
Maintain compliance with food safety and quality procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
To Be Successful You Will Have
Previous experience within hospitality, food production, manufacturing or warehousing environments (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Previous food handling or quality assurance experience highly regarded
