In this role, you'll:
The Equip Panel Manager is responsible for driving the performance, governance, and value delivery of the Equip ADS vendor panel, ensuring high-quality application development services are consistently achieved. The role oversees complex, multi-vendor billing and recharge processes, maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency across projects and operations. It establishes structured vendor performance frameworks, delivers insightful reporting, and partners with finance and procurement to resolve issues and strengthen controls. Additionally, the role provides strategic recommendations to optimise vendor allocation, improve service outcomes, and balance cost efficiency with delivery quality.

About you
The ideal candidate is an experienced vendor or panel manager with a strong background in managing multi-vendor environments, financial governance, and performance evaluation frameworks within complex technology landscapes. They bring strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interpret data, influence decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. A solid understanding of financial processes, billing reconciliation, and contract management is essential, along with experience partnering with finance and procurement teams. The candidate is a proactive leader who can navigate competing priorities, maintain governance discipline, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic and complex operational environment.
