Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, finance (or related subject) or demonstrated experience with responsibility for financial management.
- Demonstrated experience in driving strategic outcomes to pro-actively improve business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to use data systems to analyse and support decisions against both financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Proven high-level interpersonal skills including proven ability to communicate clearly, negotiate persuasively, facilitate and express ideas clearly and coherently, both orally and in writing and influence key stakeholders to achieve the required outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes within specific deadlines.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
