We are seeking an experienced reliable, friendly and customer-focused casual Counter Operator to join our Licensed Post Office team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for front counter customer service, processing mail/parcels, selling postal & retail products, handling bill payments and financial/agency services, ID verification services, POS/cash handling, and general store upkeep.
Essential requirements:
- Prior post office (Australia Post/LPO) training and experience
- Counter/retail customer service experience
- POS and cash/EFTPOS competency
- Strong communication, accuracy, and multitasking ability
- Police Check will be required
Operating Hours:
- Monday to Friday : 08:00 - 17:30
- Saturday: 08:00-12:00
Pay: $26.50 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
