We are seeking two experienced, dynamic, and highly organised Project Managers (Perth Based with ad hoc site visits) to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing all phases of project delivery, from bid management through design and engineering, procurement, construction, handover and commissioning. You will be involved in interesting projects including Bulk Storage/Materials Handling and Non-Process Infrastructure in the Mining Resources, Agriculture and also emerging Defence Industries.

Roles, Duties and Responsibilities: Provide overall project management and leadership

Bid management of tenders to ensure tender submissions accurately reflect the clients’ requirements and are commercially viable

Take responsibility for a project and its completion in accordance with financial, time, quality, safety, environmental, and HR measures

Oversee that design and engineering working closely with the design manager, the internal engineering team and external consultants
- Work closely with procurement staff for procurement for projects in accordance with the construction program including the award and compilation of subcontracts, supply agreements and purchase orders

Facilitate the on-site construction works, co-ordination of site project staff and subcontractors

Take responsibility for your own safety, uphold the Company OHS&E policies and participate in Company OHS&E initiatives
About you:

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering

Experience managing $50M–$180M building and construction projects within the mining and/or defence industries

Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
-
Previous experience leading major EPC, D&C, or Construct Only projects
