What you’ll be doing
Building and managing talent pipelines across sales and marketing functions
Partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and hiring priorities
Managing recruitment processes end-to-end, Sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates
Essential Requirements:
2–4 years’ experience in a sales or commercially driven role
Strong communicator who is motivated by targets, outcomes, and performance
Naturally curious about people, with the ability to understand motivations and fit
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-moving pipeline
