We're Hiring! Couples Counsellor – 1 Day a Week (possibility for more!)
We’re a small, growing private practice looking for an experienced and passionate Gottman trained Couples Counsellor to join our team one day a week (With the option to add more days as you grow in the role) for online couples therapy.
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a niche that’s in huge demand and make a real difference in couples' lives. Whether you're already working in private practice and looking to add a day, or you're keen to break into the world of couples therapy — this could be the perfect fit.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2+ years experience working with couples, or at least 1–2 years general face-to-face counselling (New grads welcome to apply if you're willing to complete Gottman training at your own cost)
- Trained in Gottman Method and/or EFT, or open to completing Gottman Level 1 training (approx. 1 week online, approx. $500)
- Registered with ACA or PACFA
- Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
- Bonus points if you already have couples experience, but we’re also open to the right person with a great attitude and a heart to grow in this space — we care about fit just as much as experience
The Fine Print:
- 3-month contract to start, with the potential to extend if it’s a great match
