Provide technical support and administration including training, reporting, documenting, and access

Identify issues, troubleshoot, and escalate when required

Serve as the administrator of the point-of-sale system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience

Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring all systems are secure and functioning optimally to support business operations

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field

Experience in the retail or hospitality industry preferred

Relevant experience in point-of-sale with experience in Agilysys InfoGenesis preferred

Experience in a level 2 position within IT with a background in technical support

Developed stakeholder management skills with a strong service focus
Remuneration on offer $80,000 - $90,000 + superannuation.
