Bondi Road Seafoods is a busy local seafood shop and takeaway known for fresh seafood, quality food, and friendly service. We are looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality All Rounder who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Taking customer orders and processing payments through the POS system
- Running food and assisting with takeaway service
- Preparing and packaging seafood and takeaway items
- Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
- Maintaining cleanliness of the shop, dining area, and food preparation areas
- Washing dishes and cleaning equipment
- Restocking displays, fridges, packaging, and supplies
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Supporting team members across all areas of the business as required
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Previous hospitality, retail, seafood, or food service experience is preferred but not essential
- RSA is essential
