We are seeking an experienced SAP Organisational Change & Learning Lead to drive learning and capability uplift for the Amplify program. This role is critical in ensuring our global workforce is ready to adopt new SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems at Go Live and beyond.
You will lead the design, coordination, and execution of end-user training (EUT) across multiple regions, working closely with our System Integrator, Regional Change Leads, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless and scalable learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Operations & Governance

Develop and manage the global end-user training (EUT) master schedule aligned to role-based learning pathways
- Coordinate training logistics across regions (scheduling, venues, trainers, technology platforms)
- Establish scalable Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and end-user training plans for deployment

Track and report on training completion, readiness, and certification metrics

Monitor adoption and capability uplift, adjusting learning strategies based on data and feedback
Learning Design & Delivery Oversight

Partner with Deloitte to localise SAP S/4HANA training materials (F2P, R2R, O2C, P2I) for Cochlear’s business context

Ensure training reflects real-world scenarios, processes, and customer interactions

Coordinate translation of materials (e.g. Spanish, Simplified Chinese)

Enable WalkMe digital adoption tools to support learning in the flow of work
Capability Building & Sustainability

Embed a sustainable learning framework beyond Go Live

Develop job aids, reference materials, and ongoing learning assets

Support a modern digital learning culture across regions
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as the key learning partner to Regional Transformation & Change Leads

Equip stakeholders with training materials, guidance, and support for local deployment

Establish feedback loops to continuously improve learning effectiveness
About You

Experience in change/readiness within SAP or ERP programs

Proven experience leading global learning programs for SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations.

Strong program and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience working across multiple regions and time zones

Ability to develop learning plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks

Experience creating SAP learning materials and support aids

Exposure to digital platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Health Cloud, WalkMe

Strong communication and influencing skills within complex programs
