The Workforce Australia team in Bunbury, WA is looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team in a unique role supporting the Bunbury caseload.
As the first point of contact for participants, employers, and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience. This role combines reception, customer service, participant servicing, calendar management, and administration support, while working closely with Employment Consultants to help deliver quality services and outcomes.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage competing priorities, and enjoys supporting both participants and the wider team.
Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for participants, employers, and visitors.

Manage incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Support Employment Consultants with participant servicing and administrative tasks.

Manage appointment bookings, calendars, and participant scheduling.

Assist with participant engagement activities, including appointment reminders and follow-up calls.

Maintain accurate participant records and complete administration in line with compliance requirements.

Effectively prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.

Contribute to a positive customer experience and support the Bunbury team to achieve outcomes.

Eligibility to work in Australia

A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle

A MyGovID (Standard level)

Willing to complete a National Police Check

Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
